Smith & Ouzman opens new subsidiary in Namibia
Smith & Ouzman Ltd has established a new subsidiary to enhance the company’s service offerings to its clients across Africa.
Smith & Ouzman Printers (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd acts as a regional base enabling clients to procure and pay local currency.
Headed-up by Company Directors Nick Smith and Phil Ouzman, the Namibian subsidiary is managed by in-country Bryony Van der Merwe and supported by the UK factory and International Sales Team.
Nick Smith commented: “Our dedicated subsidiary in Namibia has strengthened our relationships with existing clients and opened up a number of new business opportunities. Our African-based customers have already expressed that the new company has made contracts and payments easier to process.”
During its first year of trading, the company’s annual turnover was in excess of ZAR 2.6million South African Rand.
