Voter registration services

We have a range of services to enable local authorities to meet the requirements of voter registration. 

Both traditional and digital printing is used to produce and distribute paper registration forms, and a range of cross media applications are used for the response handling.

Completed forms can be returned by post, SMS, telephone or internet.

Smith & Ouzman also offer a telephone and internet registration service which automatically answers the call, plays a recorded message with a number of options and updates the authorities database.

The service offers:

• A personalised webpage, allowing authorities to incorporate their own text and branding
• Tailored messages to suit specific requirements
• Hyperlink to councils own websites
• Return data files available in a range of formats compatible with existing election software
