S&O use 3 envelope method of production

Packs are made up of:-

• Outer envelope for mailing to postal voter
• Envelope A for insertion of ballot paper/s
• Envelope B for return to local authority
• A4 statement/instruction sheet
• Ballot paper/s

Each pack is personalised and barcoded from supplied election software data, video matching of unique barcodes applied to documents within pack ensure all relevant documents are correctly included and there is a full electronic audit trail of each postal pack produced.
