Phil Ouzman

Managing Director

Phil joined the family business straight from school at the age of 16. He studied at the London College of Print attaining a BSC in Print & Packaging Technology. Phil took over the role of managing Director from his father in 2005 and is responsible for the day to day running of the business with special focus on Production processes throughout the factory.

 

Mike Avery

Sales Director

Mike is responsible for managing and supporting the UK and International Sales Teams. With over 30 years’ experience in the print industry, Mike’s vast knowledge extends to areas including Finance, Payroll, Elections, Education, Gift Vouchers, Ticketing and Web Portal Development.

Peter Ellis

Financial Director

Peter joined Smith & Ouzman in 2005 as Divisional Director. Peter is responsible for all financial matters within the business along with Human Resources.

Steve Hancock

Director of IT & Digital Services

Steve runs a team of Software Developers that specialise in Multi-Media consultancy for bespoke projects that include Web Portals, Data Management, Certificate Printing and Validation, Electronic Payroll, Digital Personalisation, SMS & automatic email response services.

Warren Sanders

International Sales Manager – Southern Africa

Warren looks after our clients and prospects in Southern Africa. He represents the company and the products we offer in this territory. He works alongside Governments, Electoral Bodies, Educational/Awarding bodies, local Police Forces, Ministries and Transport.

Andrew Parkinson

International Sales Manager – The Middle East

Andy is responsible for sales and new business development in the Middle East. The products he presents to this territory can vary from Land and Mineral Rights, Ownership Certificates, Vehicle Related Documents, Local Currency and Shares Certificates.

Nigel Page

International Sales Manager – West Africa

Nigel looks after our clients and prospects in West Africa. He is responsible for supporting and developing our existing client’s requirements along with introducing our latest innovations and products to new prospects within his territory.

Mehrshad Pourrasoul

International Sales Manager – Central Asia 

Mehrshad’s responsibilities involve introducing our latest innovations and products as well as developing bespoke solutions with clients and prospects within this region.

Mike Jackson

International Sales Manager – East Africa

Mike works alongside Examination Bodies, Universities and Banks. His responsibilities include implementing the latest security features to successfully secure our client’s documentation against fraudulent activity, along with introducing our latest innovations and products.

Dinah Ouzman

Local Business Development

Dinah focuses on developing new business locally. She’s an expert in record management and heads up the Secure Document Storage and Confidential Shredding services that we provide. Dinah has recently been appointed as a Director of the Eastbourne Chamber of Commerce.

Roy Mullins

Business Development Manager

Roy works within all areas of the UK business to support existing clients and new business. Having worked in the print industry for many years Roy specialises in the financial and education sectors supporting existing clients along with introducing new innovations, products and services.

Mark S. White

Business Development Manager

Mark specialises in the Local Authority, Elections markets and the Education Sector. He covers all key product areas including Finance, Payroll, Gift Vouchers, Ticketing, supporting key accounts, working to develop and present new innovations.
